Try the shoes on in the comfort of your own home, and if you are not completely satisfied with your shoes for whatever reason you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer
We will send out your first exchange free of charge within the UK
